The app is great for finding gadgets and kitchen tools that are out of this world amazingly useful. The app itself is gorgeous. Relaxing pleasant to the eyes.
Some might be pricey, but its definitely hard to find anywhere else!
The new app has been easier to navigate and now I can get daily inspirations.
Very impressed by the new shopping experience this app brings. The products this app feature are cool and Scandinavian. They carry products that I have been looking for in a reasonable price range that are hard to find elsewhere. If you are looking for something that are at Ikea price range with modern designs but dont want to pay at West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barns prices, this is the place to go! Whats more is they are online and free shipping. Cant ask for more. Highly recommend this app!
I logged on to buy a gift and found something Ive been waiting years for! This uber slick bendable charger - there is zero space in our sports car for my phone and it drives me insane. We also have a full size truck and its impossible there too. Also for navigation its a nightmare trying to hold your phone and drive - Im not putting anything in my convertible on the window or air vents and its too far away in the truck! I even tried to talk my patent attorney partner into creating Ive needed this so badly! I cant wait to continue shopping on lux and receive my new chargers! And they are the same color as my car! Thank you ❤️

Some bad moments
I would love to use this app, but it keeps exiting me out before I can use it!!! Please fix this!!

At first I thought my internet was just slow. Then I realized its just the app. I got so tired of waiting for the little grey wheel to go away I decided to just delete the app.
The app has little to no functionality--all you can do is endlessly scroll. There is no menu or product categorization. And there is no website so youre forced to use the app. Frankly, I got bored scrolling aimlessly and deleted the app. Did see some interesting products while in the app but frustration with the app dampened my interest so wont bother shopping on it. No conversion here, so you may want to at least add a hamburger menu or some kind of way to navigate.
I cant find it on the app and their FB page regarding shipping method and how long it takes to receive an order. I wrote the customer service. The reply I received was told that they ship within 24 hours of order through USPS. Still no idea what method of shipment. I would NOT order again.
I love this app because they have all kinds of needs. If you are overthinking to get someone a gift, this app is the perfect resource and has many options. I recommend it badly.
