This is a really awesome app, Im glad I tried it. I love shopping and looking for new items- this is not only for products but it also has a section for themes or something like a blog which gives advice on how to style a room or make a sugar scrub. Highly recommend this app! Easily navigatable

Lux has a vast inventory of unique and useful items. Also, the layout of the app is done extremely well. I especially love the Theme section where Lux gives you ideas for different projects you might be looking to do. Im ordering a gift for my managers birthday, I know shes going to love it!

**UPDATE** right after leaving this review I received an email from customer service explaining that my address was not verified by USPS. But that no one got in touch with me several weeks ago. I used Apple Pay, so I dont know how my address was screwed up. Added a star for the prompt attention. I ordered three different kitchen items about two-three weeks ago. I figured itd take some time to receive my order, but every time I check my order status, it says "processing". Ive tried reaching out to them twice now to see how long its going to take. No response yet. I just get their automated emails saying theyve received my request. Customer service needs to step up their game or Ill just have to conclude that they are a legitimate store.
